This website operates under the international brand "SPaudio®". Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the SPaudio brand, which is commercially represented and managed by two official legal entities depending on your geographic location:
Audiocar Import & Export SRLS (Italy): Manages European retail, European B2B distribution, and EU e-commerce operations.
Tzunami Export Limited (Hong Kong): Acts as the Master Global Trading Company, managing all Global B2B Wholesale, LATAM operations (including Mexico), and international manufacturing.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are subject to dual jurisdiction based on your geographic location and the nature of the transaction:
1. For European retail (B2C) and EU B2B customers: Services, sales, and distribution are provided by Audiocar Import & Export SRLS. Transactions and agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
2. For all International and B2B Wholesale transactions (including LATAM/Mexico): Services, distribution, and invoicing are provided by our Master Global Trading Company, Tzunami Export Limited. These agreements, bulk orders, and any related Payment Links (PBL) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
