Are your products designed in Italy?
Absolutely. The design, engineering, and strict quality control follow high Italian standards. We are proud to offer products built to withstand the extreme demands of SPL competitions and intensive use.
Who are Spaudio products made for?
Our components are developed for demanding audio enthusiasts, professional installers, and competitors (both in SPL and high-volume Sound Quality) who seek maximum performance and reliability.
Do you have a physical store?
Spaudio operates mainly online to ensure efficiency and global reach. Our logistics hub is not open to the public for direct sales, but it is possible to arrange an on-site pickup strictly by confirmed appointment.
Products, Technology & Compatibility
How do I choose the right subwoofer or amplifier for my system?
The choice depends on your goals (pure SPL, SQ, or daily high-volume use), the available space, and your budget. It is essential to correctly match impedance (Ohms) and RMS power. For personalized advice, we recommend contacting our technical support and providing details of your current setup.
What does "High Efficiency" mean in your speakers?
High efficiency (sensitivity, measured in dB) refers to the speaker’s ability to deliver high sound levels with relatively low power input. This allows you to achieve impressive results without necessarily relying on oversized electrical systems.
Do your speakers require a break-in period?
Yes. We recommend a break-in period for our subwoofers and speakers to allow the suspensions (spider and surround) to settle and reach optimal operating parameters. Generally, 20–30 hours of listening at moderate volume are sufficient, while avoiding clipping and excessive distortion.
Do you offer power supply solutions, such as lithium batteries?
Yes. For high-power systems, stable power supply is crucial. We offer advanced batteries (such as LiFePO4 or LTO) that provide higher energy density, reduced weight, and more stable voltage under load compared to traditional AGM batteries.
Q: Where can I find manuals and Thiele-Small (T/S) parameters?
A: All datasheets, manuals, and T/S parameters are available for download directly on the specific product page of our website.
Installation & Setup
Can I install Spaudio components myself?
Our products operate at very high power levels. To ensure maximum safety, optimal performance, and to avoid damage that could void the warranty, we strongly recommend using a qualified professional installer.
What type of wiring do you recommend?
It is crucial to use power and speaker cables of adequate gauge. We recommend using 100% OFC (Oxygen-Free Copper) cables exclusively to minimize power loss and ensure maximum conductivity. Avoid CCA (Copper-Clad Aluminum) cables.
What is "clipping" and why should I avoid it?
Clipping (signal distortion) occurs when an amplifier is pushed beyond its clean power limits. This sends a distorted signal to the speakers, which can quickly overheat the coils and cause permanent damage (burned voice coil). It is essential to correctly adjust gain levels to ensure a clean signal at all volumes.
How should I configure the filters (crossovers)?
Refer to the product manual for the recommended cutoff frequencies. It is essential to use appropriate high-pass filters (HPF) to protect tweeters and midrange speakers from low frequencies, and to use the subsonic filter for reflex enclosure subwoofers to prevent excessive excursion below the tuning frequency.

How can I place an order on your website?
Shopping on Spaudio is easy. Browse the catalog, choose the audio products you want, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, click on the cart icon and follow the guided checkout process by entering your shipping details and selecting your preferred payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the main secure payment methods, including:

Q: Are the prices on the website VAT-inclusive?
Yes, all prices listed on the website for customers within the European Union include VAT. For EU business customers with a valid VAT number (registered in the VIES) and for non-EU customers, VAT will be automatically excluded during checkout.
Can I request an electronic invoice (Italy)?
Certainly. To request an invoice, you must enter your VAT number and/or Tax Code, along with the electronic invoicing details (SDI Code or PEC), during checkout. The invoice will be sent via the Italian SDI (Sistema di Interscambio).
Can I modify or cancel a confirmed order?
If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will do our best to accommodate modifications. Please contact our customer service immediately.
Warranty, Returns & After-Sales Support
Are Spaudio products covered by a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months for private consumers and 12 months for purchases made by businesses with a valid VAT number. The warranty covers defects in conformity and manufacturing.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation, incorrect wiring, or reversed polarity
- Abuse, negligence, or use in extreme conditions not intended
- Burned voice coils due to excessive clipping, signal distortion, or overpowering
- Modifications, tampering, or unauthorized repairs
What is your return policy (Right of Withdrawal)?
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned intact, uninstalled, and in its complete original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Custom-made or clearly personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How can I request assistance or a return?
To initiate a return or request warranty service, contact our customer service via email. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Do you offer recone kits?
Yes. We understand that accidents can happen during extreme use and competitions. We offer original recone kits for most of our subwoofers and speakers, allowing you to restore your component to factory condition.
Warranty and Returns
Are Spaudio products covered by a warranty?
Yes, absolutely. All our products come with an official 2-year (24-month) warranty from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The 2-year warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not caused by the user. In case of an issue covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidental drops, contact with liquids (unless otherwise specified for the product), unauthorized modifications, third-party repair attempts, or normal wear and tear of materials.
Can I return a product if I change my mind (Right of Withdrawal)?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. The item should preferably be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important: If the returned product has been used, shows signs of wear, or is not complete with all accessories, only a partial refund will be issued, based on the decrease in the product’s value.
